This past week, we have been working hard on the go-to manufacturing report to highlight the design changes we are implementing after the design review. We also made a pretty neat, simple, and quick simulation of the production required to make 1 million yoyos per year!

We were able to finish machining all the molds today, so we're pretty excited to start thermoforming next week. We had some discrepancies with the tolerances, and realized that one of the molds was not mounted correctly when we started machining so it was machined at a slight angle, therefore, we had to re-do that mold again. Other problems was there was an odd offset of 0.005" but for our purposes, it should be tolerable. Included are the pictures of our progress so far! We're glad to finally have all the three sets of molds ready for thermoforming simultaneously!
Next step: Start thermoforming on Monday - Wednesday and figure out design changes for best fits.
